At Vlike, we strive to deliver the best services and Web3 ecosystem experience to our community. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions, limitations, and procedures regarding refund requests for paid services on our platform (including Pro membership packages, Wallet deposits, Advertisement campaigns, and OTC trading services).

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Vlike will review and process refund requests under the following specific circumstances:

System Errors: Your account is charged but the system fails to activate the requested paid service (Pro package, ad budget) or update your wallet balance, and our technical team verifies that the failure is caused by our platform.

Duplicate Charges: An error in the payment gateway or accidental multiple submissions resulting in you being charged twice or more for a single service transaction.

Unused Wallet Balance: For fiat-based wallet deposits (if applicable) that have not been used for any purchase on the platform, requested within 7 days from the successful deposit date.

2. Non-Refundable Items & Services

We reserve the right to decline refund requests under the following conditions:

Partially or Fully Used Services: Pro membership packages that have been active and used for more than 24 hours; or advertisement campaigns that have already been distributed and displayed on the network.

Account Term Violations: Your account is banned, suspended, or terminated due to violations of Vlike's Terms of Service (such as spamming, fraud, or posting restricted content).

Completed USDT OTC Transactions: Due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology, USDT OTC transactions cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded once the asset transfer is confirmed on-chain.

Change of Mind: Refund requests submitted solely because you changed your mind or personal investment preferences after a transaction has been processed validly.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

Submit a Support Ticket: Contact us through the Support page or email the Vlike accounting department directly, providing complete transaction details (Invoice ID, Account username, and proof of payment/transfer).

Review & Assessment Period: Vlike will review and audit your transaction within 3 to 5 business days after receiving all required information.

Refund Method: If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank account, e-wallet) or deposited into your internal Vlike wallet, depending on the agreement.

Q1: What should I do if I am charged twice when purchasing a Pro package on Vlike?

A1: Please contact Vlike Customer Support immediately and send a screenshot of the duplicate payment receipts. Once verified by our system, we will refund the duplicate charge to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Q2: Can I get a refund if I send USDT OTC to a wrong wallet address?

A2: No. Due to the decentralized and immutable nature of blockchain technology, transactions confirmed on the blockchain cannot be undone. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the recipient wallet address before confirming any transfer.

Q3: Can I withdraw cash directly from my Vlike wallet balance?

A3: No. Funds deposited into your Vlike wallet are intended strictly for purchasing internal services (such as creating advertisements or upgrading to Pro membership packages). Direct cash withdrawals are not supported except for verified transaction billing errors.
