The question has been raised as to is the Dark Web a part of the World Wide Web or not? Recently in an online discussion, it was mentioned that if a government body or an organization asks a website to remove links, which are not visible to anyone on the internet, this act is illegal. It is illegal because according to the current laws, every portal is bound to have a visible URL. The government cannot ask a website to remove a link which is not visible due to three reasons: first, there is no such thing as a hidden link, second, if someone owns the domain that links to that website, then they have complete control of that domain and they are free to show that link anywhere on the internet.
